Windows always fails to update and now I'm stuck while trying to reset my PC

I usually solved the problem by resetting my PC after a failed automatic update but now
its stuck and I have tried rebooting the internet and restarting, the screen won't change

Hi,

May we know to which part did it get stuck on? Here are some basic troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- Next to try would be to reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of second then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.

Question from PetePuddin : "Reset PC [keep files option] is stuck"

I've had this problem for a while now where an update would be automatically made by windows and it would fail and then would refuse to restart. Then I would have to reset the PC as a whole in order to turn it on.
I've been using this method for a while now but I need a permanent solution.
This time after trying to reset my PC it became stuck at 64% after restarting once.
On the screen it says,
Installing Windows,
Your PC will restart several times[only did once so far],
64%,
Installing features and drivers,
Configuring settings 1%.
I've tried rebooting the internet and
re-trying the reset and both did not work.
Please help, Thanks.

wat do u mean by reset???
do u reinstall windows everytime it doesnt update???
is this a legit windows copy???
have u tried any other setup file other than the one u r currently using???
is the windows activated???
have u tried microsoft update fixer???
