Windows Boot problems. (windows 10)
Hi I've had some problems with my pc that I can't seem to fix myself even though I've tried just about everything I can think of..

So, a week ago my pc bluescreened while I was playing a game, it said I would restart and I let it, after the restart I was stuck in a boot loop. ( i can get into bios but bluescreens whenever windows boots.) So I took the power out of the PSU and let it sit for 5 mins, but didn't fix it, so I let the pc sit without power overnight, but next morning I was still in the bootloop and cant seem to get out no matter what I do.

Things ive tried:
-open in safe mode
-turn off fast boot, turn on legacy boot, turn on cms
-wipe SSD from bios and install clean windows by USB
-install fresh windows on HDD
-Wipe Bios ( by removing the battery from my mobo and wait 10 mins )
-tested ram for defects (put completely new ones in too)
-update Bios with USB
-Boot with integrated graphics
-Test Ram timing, voltage, and Mhz..

But nothing works and I only get to the windows install booting before i get another bluescreen, the different error codes I get are as follows:
-IRQL not less or equal
-system exception thread
-system exception thread not handled
-kmode exception not handled
-page fault in nonpaged area
-kernel security check failure
-APC index mismatch

My specs are:
Asus b450-f Gaming
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI GTX 1060 6gb OC
2x 8gb Corsair Vengence LPX 3000Mhz
Kingston A1000 240GB M.2 SSD
2tb Seagate Barracuda HDD
Corsair TX550M 550W PSU

I built this pc 2 months ago and all the drivers were up to date and I didn't download anything recently before the initial bluescreen. hopefully there's some help to get in here so I will be able to fix it myself :)
Thanks for your time :D

Cab you boot into the BIOS? Apparently you can. Reset the BIOS too the defaults,ad exit saving your changes.

Try removing the CPU and checking for bent pins or thermal paste in the pins.

Check the installation of the memory. Are the matched set of Dual channel memory in the correct slots. Check that all of memory is showing up and in the correct frequency.

Try a single stick of RAM in various slots. Try the memory at the stock frequency (not overclocked).

Does the M.2 drive show up in the BIOS? On another system format the drive, and try going through the initialization process again. Set the drive to NTFS & GPT.

Do you have a retail version of the software or was it a downloaded ISO? I ask because the downloaded ISO has...

Here is a method to download a Windows 10 ISO directly from Microsoft, without using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.
