Windows CMD keeps popping up

I remembered I downloaded a wrong file that confirmed containing either a virus or a malware
It started yesterday and I run things from Google search like hitmanpro but it pops up again. I run sfc/scannow but it still pops up
I can't play my games because it will auto alt tab out I disabled all startup options but it still can't work

It started with jogotempo then drivers updater plus then it installed shutdown time and some other shit apps
My Malwarebytes found it but when I fix it , it comes out again

Well it may be a virus and not malware. Have you run any antivirus programs on the computer itself (not from the net).

Also, you may want to try starting it up in "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking" and then do your clean up.

I tried running antivirus but it says no threats found. I suspected it would be svchost.exe bc it is from Windows system 32 file it disguised as a svchost.exe that makes the CMD pop up every 30seconds. But I'll try safe boot to clean everything
