Windows doesn't recognize my sound board or driver maybe

So, out of nowhere, not a windows update or any program installed, my laptop Inspiron-7520 stoped recognizing my sound, there's just an X on the trail, and windows solution says it can't identify the problem (image 1). Also I've already tried downloading and installing the newest drivers: the chipset and realtek ones, both from Dell and Realtek itself.
Weird thing is when I trying "windows solution" on my hardware it actually says theres a problem with my sound driver, but for some reason it tries to reinstall it but fails(image 2). I'm thinking there's maybe a way of putting the new drivers on the folder windows looks for its drivers and maybe force it to install it, but idk.. Also Im not that knowledgeable in tech, so I didn't even try uninstalling old driver, just installing the new ones over it(with no effect)
Device manager ins't working for it, says only theres a problem(image 3)...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I downloaded the drivers from Dell, after it did nothing I downloaded directly from RealTek with no success as well
