windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device, ipod classic

HI all, the prob is exactly the title i plug in my "new" ipod which i bought from ebay, and my pc goes 2 install the driver and i get that message, windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device ipod classic, plz help any ideas...

I tried following this person thread and the last step im not sure what 2 do but when try 2 copy the 2 things my pc says i need permission

also my pc says it found the driver just cant install access denied...

Are you logged on as a admin?

i not sure if i understand you, i log into the only account have on my pc and thats my name TUVS.....if you mean something else sry plz explain, and what thats got to do with anything...TY FOR RESPONSE!

Hey all i went simple and it worked, instead of device manager went to devices and printer (think), and troubleshoot apply fix (not installed), and walla IT WORKED YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TY ALL!!!
