Windows Games on a MAC

Hello,
Okay here is a great question....My PC just died. I love to play the solitaire card games on my PC. But now I am forced to use my Mac until my PC is fixed. Can I download Windows Card games to my MAC. Or, who did microsoft get their games from, so I can go directly to the manufacturer and see if I can download the games to my MAC?

The Windows games are exclusive to Microsoft, but you should be able to find equivalents for your Mac.

Have found no equivalents through extensive internet research...any suggestions??

There are loads of card games in the Apps store. Surely one of them fits the bill.
