Windows Live Mail popup notification upon new mail?

When I receive new messages in Thunderbird, a popup notification appears in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Is there a way to make Windows Live Mail do this?

The Thunderbird notification is a feature of Thunderbird. If Windows Live Mail doesn't automatically do this, and there is no option to turn on such notifications, then no it isn't possible to make Windows Live Mail do this.
