Windows office from old to new laptop

i bought a new laptop and it only has windows 7 on. Can i copy my office 2007 program and install it on my ne laptop? if so wil office still work on my old laptop? or should i just buy a new office program?

copying the Office folder will not work, you will have to install a copy of Office.

you might not be able to install it on the new computer since the key is already used.
