Windows tablet for dolphin

Hi guys, i saw a guy playing dolphin games on teclast x98 pro(cherrytrail) smoothy you can find it on youtube.
I was wondering if a windows 10 home(baytrail) tablet can run dolphin smoothly?if not, will it run smoothly if i use DIRECTX 12 on it. i would like to play twilight princess and wind waker, pls i need help because i'm about to buy windows tablet soon and i wouldn't like waste my money because i'm only a student and it's very unlikely for me to buy windows tablets with cherry trail because it is more expensive.

Hi guys, i saw someone play dolphin games with teclast x98 pro with directx 12 and the gamecube games run smoothly in it. I was wondering if a windows 10 home tablet baytrail with DIRECTX 12 can run dolphin emulator smoothly?
i know baytrail can run a lot of games ps2 games but i also want to play gamecube games like twilight princess and wind waker.
i really need to know because i'm about to buy windows tablet soon.
btw my options are:
cloudtab x(local tablet from philippines)
teclast x80 pro(can't decide if im going to buy it because it wasn't available in my country)

I've seen a lot of people on different forums saying that they played kingdom hearts 1&2 in windows tablet(baytrail) at a decent speed so i thought is possible.
