Windows Vista no longer supported by new laptops?

I'm just curious as to why new laptops with 700M series GPUs do not have graphics drivers for Windows Vista. I mean, the previous generation of laptops with 600M series GPUs even have graphics drivers for Windows XP.

Windows vista was kind of a bad OS, so not a lot of people like to use it
