I noticed that exe in the same folder as some kind of nvidia drivers. Installed (the drivers) and now that exe shows up as some kind of anti vir warning everytime I turn on the computer very annoying. Windows will not continue loading untill I either click on "install" or "cancel" with same effect it pops up next time. What to do get rid of it? I didn't notice any difference whether I click install or cancel so I don't care I just want it to stop popping at start up.

Yoj probably have a fake AV client, there is a real product called Antivir, but also a spyware called Antivir.

Start in SafeMode with Networking, download and install Malwarebytes, run all of the updates for it and do a full system scan. You may need to run the scan twice after rebooting, but start in Safe Mode the second time as well. This fake antivirus crap has hit a bunch of systems last few days, including mine when my daughter picked it up somewhere on Facebook.
