Wireless headphones don't work on Netflix or You Tube

I have Samsung Smart UHD TV . I am with cable company and have sound bar. I receive audio on head phones for Cable channels but get none on head phones for Netflix, You Tube etc. Sound Bar works on both cable and smart channels.

I would call Netflix and Youtube "smart channels".
Check the audio output settings in the TV audio menu.
Some TVs don't send the sound from apps to the audio output. Very stupid.
