Actually I think the OP is wanting something that already exists. PIE does
report itself as a limited browser and many sites recognize that and act
accordingly. Google, it seems doesn't distinguish between a PC and PPC but
does accomodate cell phones (smatphones?). Why not just go to the mobile
formatted google page and set it as a favorite. Changing the ID string is a
fairly permanent thing that will prevent those sites that have PPC formated
content from displaying it correctly if you change what is being reported.
