Hello, I have purchased an Allen & Heath ZED10 mixer for my home studio. I already have an Apogee ONE which I was using to output audio to my Adam A7X's. Now that I have a mixer should I output audio from that and how would I go about doing that? My setup consists of the above items, an Akai MPK49, a pair of AIAIAI TMA-1 Studio headphones and a standard Macbook Pro. Can someone please provide a detailed guide of how to wire everything up? If you have any questions please ask.

P.S. I am using Ableton Live 9 Suite if that helps.

Since no one more knowledgeable has answered I will take a stab at it. That mixer has a USB connection you can use to connect it to your Macbook Pro for both input and output.
Connect the keyboard into the mixer. Connect the Adams to the mixer. The mixer has a headphone out too. I am not sure that the Apogee One adds anything but you can connect that to the laptop via USB if needed. That should give you any option you want without pulling cables.
