WMP for winCE 3.0?

I need an update for WMP in winCE 3.0 since it cannot play advanced MP3 files, it skips and jumps track

i've seen an article searching in goolge about a fix, but it isn't available anymore in microsoft.

any ideas?

I have a iPAQ 3850 with WinCE3.0 and had a very similar problem but only
with songs playing from an SD card. HP released a ROM update that corrected
the problem at

MAKE SURE THIS IS THE RIGHT DOWNLOAD FOR THE RIGHT DEVICE THOUGH. ONCE
YOU'VE DONE IT I'M NOT SURE YOU CAN GO BACK.
If you have a different device you might find the right update somewhere
else but this fix was a revolution for me. It solved all my problems.

my model doesn't has rom upgrades...
