Workspace in Premiere Pro isn't saving its changes Properly

hi guys
I am just a hobbyist video editor and I really like using Premiere Pro which had worked fine until today
Everything was good except that for some reason the window of the timeline is no longer in its place where I positioned it in my Workspace so now everytime I open premiere Pro i have to press (Shift+3) to make it appear
Please help me I have deleted and recreated the workspace from scratch and still not working

What version are you using? So, even after saving the workspace it still doesn't show up properly? What other windows do you have open in that workspace?

I am using the CC 2015 version
I have open in that workspace basically everything that is in the standard Editing workspace that comes by default in the program except that I closed the Libraries tab because I don't use it
I just tweaked it a little
I want the tabs of the Timeline and the History to be positioned in the same window but that never happens whenever I do for some reason the Timeline tab just doesn't open like every thing no matter what I do

Can you take and post a screenshot of the workspace you are trying to create. I have Premiere Pro CC 2015 and I will try to duplicate what you are attempting to do and see if I can get the same result.

The video's explanation
I open Premiere pro
edit the workspace to my desired positions
I save it
I close Premiere Pro
reopen It again
Boom the timeline window is gone
