I am a AT&T retiree that receives aconcession discount on my U-Verse service, my home telephone service,and my AT&T internet service. I also have AT&T cell phone service with two lines. Am I entitled to a discount
on the cell phone too?

I couldn't tell you that. You'd have to call AT&T wireless yourself to see if you are eligible for a discount.

On a side note, it is never a good idea to post your account number on the Internet, hence why I deleted it.
