I am trying to download pictures from my camera's memory card but can't figure out how. Help please.

is it a CF or SD card?
Get a card reader and plug it into a USB/firewire port (which every BUS the reader is, make sure you have firewire if you buy a firewire card reader).
Then go to windows explorer/finder and click on the card, drag and drop onto the desktop or into a specific file.
