XP Pro and Unlocking Sempron 140

Hello,
Does anybody know if Windows XP Pro 32-bit will unlock cores and successfully work?

No your OS will not unlock the extra core. You will need motherboard
with amd sb710 or sb750 and has to support Advanced Clock Calibration not all motherboard can unlock cores. You will then need to go into bios and enabled the core and hopefully it works.
