xperia neo l os reinstall

hi im tryin to repair xperia neo l with Sony Update Service(SUS), but i found their is no neo l listed in the products, so is there anyway to reinstall the OS

is there a way to reinstall os, since the phone lags more now and then, i tried to unlock the bootloader but it didnt!!

Restoring from factory default will re-install the OS.

Also, we don't assist with unlocking here - so you'll need to look elsewhere if you want help with that bootloader.

This, if you want it unlocked the honest way just go up to your mobile provider or what it is still locked to and ask for an unlock.

there is a genuine way to unlock bootloader in Sony Website for Sony mobiles

hey guys thanks for your updates, i figured changing the Sony update service (SUS) compatability in windows 8.1 to windows 7 will let neo l back into the list,

Sony Neo l and all 2011 phones have compatability issue with windows 8.1
