[citation][nom]aftcomet[/nom]Yahoo isn't doing this out of the kindness of their heart. They're doing this to compete with Google.[/citation]
What's wrong with that? There has been a bit of a movement lately with the it being more known now just how much Google, Facebook, etc. make money of of the very users that support and use their services. It's fine that Yahoo implemented an option and discourages not checking the DNT feature, thank you even more for even giving the option though.[/citation]
[citation][nom]aftcomet[/nom]Doesn't Google have a "Do Not Track" extension for Chrome?[/citation] Yes, but you have to hunt it down and install it. Being who Google is, they're not going to provide it for you, and it's a 3rd party app for Chrome at least for now. The even bigger surprise though is Yahoo IS doing this given search engines all have the same monetary business model, glad to see it though.
