Yamaha HTR-6090 Zone 2 Problem

I have a Yamaha HTR-6090 and zone two outputs no sounds. I have speakers plugged into the [SP1] section, i have zone 2 set to [SP1], and i have the volume on. No sound comes out no matter what speakers i plug in. Please help.

Make sure that the surround speaker set up is configured for 5.1 not 7.1 That might overide using those amps for zone 2.
