yellow vertical line on right hand side of laptop screen.

hi,
ihave a lenovo laptop with windows 10 installed on it, a yellow vertical line has started appearing since two days, i have upadated the graphics display drivers software already.. but yellow line is still persisting...
please guide me what to do..?

If you have already updated the drivers then you are facing either a display issue or a graphics card/GPU issue. Try this to get a better idea.

1. Turn off the laptop (off not hibernate or sleep).
2. Connect an external monitor.
3. Turn on the external monitor.
4. Turn on the laptop.

Can you see everything fine on the external monitor?

If yes, it is good on the external monitor, then your attached display is probably your problem and is going to need replacing.

If no, you still get the issue on the external monitor, then your graphics card/GPU is the issue and needs replacing, which may mean the motherboard needs replacing.

NOTE: If the laptop is under warranty, do not open it up yourself, otherwise you will void the warranty. Contact the manufacturer about a repair/replacement.
