Your system has not been modified?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? HuH?! HELP!!!

Hi,
I'm trying to install Paintspop Pro x4 ultimate on my Windows 7 PC.
After I enter my serial number...it says ...please wait while we configure DirectX...then it says the device is not ready, or your system has not been modified, try later.
Can you help ? I'm running Windows 7 64bit

Hello Lorna,
i'm not sure about Paintspop Pro x4, but i've had many softwares in which ended up in saying the same messege you received, and to tell you the truth, i just deleted it and downloaded a new (in your case) Paintspop Pro x4 Ultimate.
but if you don't wish to do that, try finding out if the problem is if the program RUNS in Win.7 and if it is, find out if it's for 64bit or a 32bit program...
If that's not the problem, try seeing if the program had a complete download and if the whole program is actually the full download (examples are: sometimes programs comes in 2 parts, or only accept a certain serial number).
if that doesn't work, try later LOL.
seriously, the best way is to download the whole program WITH serial number from somewhere that is trustworthy.
