Youtube 1080p60 quality

I'm getting crazy with this issue. Would be amazing if anyone could help me solving this problem.

I record with a GoPro hero 4 : 1080p / 60fps
I edit with Final Cut Pro. I have exported the project on .mov and .mp4 and the problem still there.

The result on my computer is excelent, but when I upload to Youtube the quality gets really low. It seems like compression artifact. On the video I appear cycling on the streets, but the asphalt gets really pixelated.

Here a few examples:

As you can see the asphalt looks pixelated.


I tried to upload the same video on VIMEO and works very well!

nothing you can do, youtube compressing the video and lowers quality, from my understanding you have to be partnered etc etc to get best video quality they optimize for speed, not quality.
