Youtube crashed pictures

I use Google Chrome and whenever i open Youtube , the channel's picture of any channel on Youtube is not showing and appears as crashed like this :-

the videos are working fine, the thumbnails of the suggestions are showing just fine and also the channel's picture is shown fine in the comment section.

What's the problem exactly? Is it a problem with Flash Player?

Might check in settings, advanced settings and check hardware acceleration - change the setting to either on or off
