Youtube Opinions

As part of a college project I plan to rework the interface of youtube, particularly reworking the subscription service (ie where you see what new videos there are from your subscribers). I am doing this because me and some friends were getting quite annoyed with it and how its not very good. What do you guys think?

Not really, but its fun sometimes. It can teach people to do anything : )

Does any one have any opinions on the way you find videos on youtube? any gripes with the search service or the subscription service? I need to know for a college project

i just use the search textfield to find the videos i want.

also, the related videos provided are helpful too.
