Youtube Pausing or loading

Hi, I have a problem I havent been able to anyhow fix. When I'm watching videos on youtube. they just start loading/pause. My internet speed is good enough for full HD and other videos, facebook/twitch, are completely fine. I have to either change the quality of the video from 720 to 1080 or the other way, or reload the page.

Clear your internet cache lately? How about rebooted since this started?

I reboot often, I didn't clear my cache, I will try, but it happens in every browser (Mozilla, Chrome, Opera)

Youtube is checking to see if you are actually watching and listening to the videos...Especially if you have auto-play on... Or if clicking on 50 + videos.. I am sure there is a way around this... Youtube is getting stingy.. About like all these sites that try and force you to watch ads... If i wanted to watch commercials i could turn on the TV...
