Youtube slow video buffering?

I have 60x5 connection but the videos start up fine but I keep getting the buffering wheel like 10 times in a 5 minute video, I can watch videos fine on any other website and browse the web. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by Deleting cache and Cookies of your browser.

- After all these do test it again and see if it will make any difference.
- If these doesn't work do restore your browser back to factory.
