ZTE blade L3 can't move to SD card

My ZTE blade L3 has no option of moving to sd card and i cant make it into internal storage. I moved some data using an app into my sd card but that's all. My android version is 5.0.2 and i can't do anything about it.

Sounds right, not all phones and Android versions can format an SD card as internal storage. That is the drawback of lower end phones with lower storage.
