ZTE Criket Phone wont turn on at all how do i fix it?

My zte cricket phone will not turn on at all. Ive tried searching everything up and I even charged it for 10 min and then let rest 5 min taking the battery out. I tried charging it for 5 hours. I tried taking the battery in and out. I tried holding the turn on button for an hour! I tried letting my battery rest for 1 hour. I tried different chargers and different plugs. None of these worked!! I cant take it in cause it was given to me by my step aunt. Any suggestions left??

Try the following and see if it will turn on.

1. Remove the battery.
2. Press and hold the "Power" button for 20 seconds.
3. Now put the battery back in.
4. Plug it in to charge and allow it to fully charge before turning it on.

If this doesn't help, then test the charger cord to see if it is good. Either try your cord in another device, or try another devices cord on your device.

Should that not be the problem, then check the battery to see if it needs replacing.
