ZTE z812 when push power button red light flashes and phone pulses

Phone screen is black it will turn on but nothing comes on screen I've tried holding power button and volume up at same time nothing o tried the pinhole nothing happen

Sounds like either the display got disconnected (knocked loose internally) or it needs replacing.
