Must just leave workgroup I never joined personal pc win 7 dell inspiron stuff keeps happening I know I live next to a hacker have done all I know how I am sick of reloading my pc it is off workgroup then but then back on again so much so how many other ways to justget off workgroup and stay...

There is a hacker who has my ip address and has some hacking software in my system. Would reinstalling windows and getting my ip address changed remove the hacker and prevent him from getting access to my system in the future?

Didn't know where to post this but just wondering has anyone else had this happen, the hacker was located in china.
