I try to type my login but the alphabet keys doe not do anything. The number keys do work. This is a new Acer. The first time I used it it worked. Now I cannot log in since alphabet keys do not register anything.

I have an old model of the MSI GL72 6QF laptop, It has a QWERTY keyboard with Chinese letters on it that is in very good condition. It runs a GTX 960M and a I5-6300HQ core. The display is 1080p and it has a whopping 20GB of RAM. The PC has a 1TB hard drive and thats about it. Thanks again.
