Help I can't get my Samsung Galaxy tablet out of safe mode even after I restart it.

My phone just mysteriously switched its self on safe mode. I have tried everything to get it off. Powered off then on and held the volume... Everything down to uninstalled all apps and factory reset. What else can i do. LG Rizo
