1920x1080 TV looks blurry and washy

Hey guys,
For christmas I was given a 26 in Cello TV. I have tried to use this with my computer. HDMI to HDMI. Graphics card is Nvidia gtx 470. However the quality has came out awful and is all blurred. any advice?

(EDIT) Ps3 is beautiful quality when tried, also running hd to hd 1920x1080 (1080P). Any advice?
