2 audio inputs, 1 audio ouput

Hi,

I'm currently at work on creating a desk set up with two monitors.

The monitor on the left will display my PC (windows).
The monitor on the right will display my TV (chromecast, TV-channels, etc).

I want them both to provide me with audio simultaneously through my headphones (with microphone). I can either use aux or USB headphones depending on the easiest solution.

The problem has nothing to do about controlling volume of these monitors.

Is there a hub for having two audio inputs to one audio output?
Is there another solution that I'm missing?

The monitors have nothing to do with the audio, the audio will come from the source (PC and TV). What you can use depends on what audio outputs your TV has. Keep in mind that some TVs can't output audio externally when using a Chromecast.

Let's say I try the sound through the auxillary with a chromecast ot TV, and it works; what is my next step then?

Stereo audio mixer - inputs go to PC and TV, output goes to powered speakers / headset.

Your TV will have to have analog audio output for you to use a stereo mixer/headphone amp. If it doesn't then you will also need a digital to analog converter. Check the TV manual on how to use the audio output. You will probably have to turn it on, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio to PCM. You won't be able to use USB headphones.
