2 different sound "out" possible ?

I'm building a new PC as well as finishing the plan for our house. My PC and my monitors are going to be in the basement with an HDMI and audio exit going on the upper floor trough the walls to be plugged into my plasma HD T.V. (ass well as in my monitors and speakers downstairs).

Now what I'm wondering is if I can be gaming in the basement while hearing the sound of my games into my speakers while my GF could watch a DVD or listen to some internet streaming (using my PC DvD or web browser) on the upper floor with her own sound (not hearing my gaming while I'm not hearing her sound) ?

Nope.
Computers only have single channel stereo audio, and that's it.
