2 USB ports not working on toshiba satellite C855D-S5305 windows 8.1 64

Tried everything under the sun: uninstalling all usb serial bus ports, unchecking power saving mode, etc...not sure what happened but it was sudden.

Hi, the defective USB are the two USB 3.0? The other USB 2.0 is working fine?

I'm not sure how to tell. The one on the left is working but the 2 on the right are not.

I have tried so many things and nothing has worked. Can anyone help me please? Only 1 of the 3 ports work. The 2 on the right side do not.
