$400 VideoEditing Laptop

I am looking for a laptop that is under $400. I want to play simple games like Happy wheels and Minecraft. I also want to be able to edit high quality video's and maybe use Adobe After Effects. I would also like to be able to stream HD Youtube videos. I do realize these are a lot of requests for a cheap laptop but I hope someone can help me find a reasonably priced laptop.

Final cut pro is mac only unless i'm mistaken. Finding a mac for $300 you'd have to look into old used ones.

If you are ok with using other programs wait until black friday, a lot of laptops will be on crazy sales.

Sorry what I meant to say was After effects because I don't plan on buying a Mac.

In all honesty, there is no such thing as a $300 editing laptop. Also, only Apple computers will run Final Cut X. If you want a Windows based pc, you should look at a program like Sony Vegas which is about $99.
However, you can find a laptop for around that price that can run minecraft and happy wheels for around $300.
Look at a laptop with an AMD A6 APU. Or just buy this ...

A $300 - $400 i3 laptop will not have the graphics horsepower to game. You can only game on an AMD laptop in that price range.

He is just playing happy wheels and minecraft. If anything all he has to do is turn down the settings on minecraft or lower the resolution (if it's not already at 720p for a laptop in this range) and the i3 is much better for editing..

I wouldn't suggest that laptop. If you want one to play games decently look at an i3-4xxx laptop.

The extra threads in the A6 will beat the i3 in rendering video. The better graphics in the A6 will provide better gaming over the i3 as well. AMD is the way to go in the sub-$400 price range.

The amd a6 has a lowe IPC than intel processors and a lower clock speed if you get a non U i3. The i3 will beat the a6 in rendering. And yes the a6 will be better at gaming but to play happy wheels the i3 is going to be just fine.

He wont be able to game at all on this machine. Celeron graphics are horrible. Most cell phones are faster than this machine. It is super cheap tho, which is always a plus, but laptops in this price range enter the law of diminishing returns. The sweet spot for a budget laptop is $400.
