5 1 speaker system not working with 6 1 sound card

I got a 5.1 creative sound sys and got a 6.1 frontech sound card but only 2 of the speaker is playing my email id is pradhan.of.asish @gmail.com .thanking you

First and foremost, don't put your email address out here, you can sent it out privately but not in the open otherwise you might get spamed.

What models is your Creative sound system, did you connected the terminals correctly and set 5.1 as your speaker output on the device manager?

But if your soundcard looks like this - http/ixbtlabs.com/articles2/creative-audigy2-zs/ the one closer to fire wire port is center and sub (labeled 3) the next (labeled 2) is rear while the one with labed 1 is front. If you scroll down there's picture where you can change the speaker settings from 2.0 to 7.1.
