What would be the best specs of RAM at CPU in Mobile in terms of apps and games
512MB RAM 1.2Ghz Quad-Core vs 1GB RAM 1.2Ghz Dual-Core?

Solution
there are lots of parameters in here... you cannot simplify it that much :) but todays resources will require at least 1-2gb memory... 512 mb is too low on a general sense, dual to quad cores wont be noticed that much...

I'm searching a phone that's make me comfortable i found 1 Samsung S3 Clone which has a 512MB RAM 1.2Ghz Quadcore and the one is Cherry Mobile Omega HD which has a 1GB RAM 1.2Ghz Dual Core...

So what would be the best to choose they both in a Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2

For Gaming and Apps?

for sure the one that comes with more memory... i had my samsung gt-i9000 with 512mb's for like 2-3 years and it was always lacking memory. on mobile dual core is even better (as long as they have same frequency) since it consumes less power. you really really wont notice the difference of quad.

memory limitations really makes the phone crippling as long as you have enough space (memory wise, not storage ofc.) your all apps runs smoother :)
