My husband and I purchased a 65" Samsung 4K Tv from Best Buy. The box wouldn't fit in the car so they sent us home without the box. Long story short they didn't give us the screws to mount the tv and it fell over weeks after we bought it. The sound still works but the picture is pure black. Best Buy won't replace it. Any suggestions on if it can be fixed? It's a $2,000 tv and we really don't want to buy another :(

Broken screen = TV is done, its the largest most expensive part. You need a new one.

Now by screws to mount it do you mean mount the stand to the TV, or the TV to the wall? Wall mounting is your responsibility not theirs. That said if they didn't give you the screws to mount the stand, and you didn't go back and get them, and left a $2000 TV unsecured, you knew this was incorrect, and it fell over, thats on you too. At some point common sense needs to come into play.

Sorry but time to buy a new TV.
If they didn't give you the parts that were supposed to be in the box, go up to the claims window and ask for the manager that was there when you purchased the TV. Showing them the receipt should be enough for them to determine who was managing. Make it clear that they failed to give you the parts that you purchased and the failure was due to their mistake.
