a small video camera for mounting to a rifle scope.

I am after a small 1080p video camera that is compatible with a galaxy s4. It needs to be a similar diameter to a rifle scope eyepiece, a maximum of 40 mm. The camera would be mounted at the ocular end of the scope and would view the object through the scope in the same manner as a human eye. The camera would be hooked up to a smartphone mounted on top of the scope.

It'll have a micro usb slot on it. You might have to go from cam to pc to phone
