A7 IPad air/iPhone 5s vs tegra 4 Nvidia shield

Hi guys this is really important to me is the A7 chip in the 5s/ipad air really better than the Nvidia shield because recently I saw benchmark that the a7 won the Tegra 4. Would someone please compare this two processors and please tell me which one is better for fps in emulator,games and raw performance. Thanks

if emulator is really important to you then you might want to go for android
