Accidentally uninstalled NVIDIA Graphics Card in Device Manager?

I was trying to fix my graphics card not being detected the other day and uninstalled the Graphics Card drivers. I've tried a bunch of things - installing the drivers from the website (throws an error that it can't detect the right hardware), and searching for hardware updates. I'm not sure what to do next and I can't afford to factory reset my laptop.

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 860M

Just tried that, I still get the "could not find compatible graphics hardware" error.
