acer aspire 1830t fix black screen no led lights no fan, no response whatsoever. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated

I have a acer 1830t with a black screen. There are no led lights, no fan sound, no response at all! I am in desperate need of help. Plz anyone help. Thanks

Hi, thanks for your response. I have the battery and an asus laptop adapter that happens to fit acer laptop

Try this, remove the battery and adapter, hold the power button for a minute, just connect the adapter, turn on the laptop. Do you have the same problem?

Yes If I take out the battery and press power button for a minute and then just plug in the adapter and power it on I have same problem no response

Are you sure you have the same voltage on both, the Asus adapter and the Acer laptop?
