Acer aspire 6920 battery issue

Hello,
I took my laptop to be re formatted and since it has been returned it wont work unless it is plugged in. Once un plugged in runs for about 1 minute and then turns off. I have my suspicions that there is no driver installed to charge the battery or some thing like that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Remove the battery and try running from only the AC-DC power adapter. It could be the battery is dead/dying.
