Acer Aspire lockup

the keyboard doesnt type!!! I have tried the reboot.the Fn then F7 sticky keys and driver whiz..It is still under warranty but cant send back as i need it What can I do? thanks! ACER Aspite notebook 1430Z

Is it too much to ask you to check if the cable is actually connected within the laptop? I do think you'd be better off sending it in, but if you can remove the shell, you can check if the keyboard cable (very flat and thin) is plugged in.
