Solved! Acer aspire sound problems

sub-category is not clear to me. Your local workshop recently checked and
repaired items need a checkup and repaire.

Yesterday I was downloading songs. Today morning I saw the speaker
is "xed" and I do not know what to do. Please help me and tell me what to do now
